| Hi all! Can anyone suggest a silver staining protocol for Tris-Tricine gels where ethanol is used instead of methanol (with a fixation step to prevent low-weight peptides from washing out). And are Tricine gels different from more conventional Glycine gels in terms of Ag concentration needed for staining? Thanks in advance. |
