| Hi, I have been trying to run some basic proteins through a capillary but they get stuck on the capillary wall. I have tried one of the numerous capillary coating protocols (a triple layer with polybrene to make the capillary positively charged) available but it does not last long. I had to repeat the coating every 10 runs! Are there any more permanent capillary coatings? Thanks |
