| Hi, I am using 2D Quant kit from GE to do the quantification. I exactly followed the procedure furst time using the standards and i got a linear curve. When I did it for the 2nd time along with my samples the values were off both for the standard curve and for my protein. I took the OD after 15-20 mins of incubation both the times. 1 mistake was the cuvettes were mixed (when I repeated the 2nd time) and I suppose I used the wrong ones. But, does the cuvettes really throws the values off?? I am trying to troubleshoot; but, unable to figure out what went wrong Your help is appreciated! |
