Default Purification problem

hello frnds

i m trying to purify protein in denatured condition, my protein is his tagged so i m using Ni-NTA resin and 8M urea to denature the protein. but most of the protein i am getting in my washing fractions, even single band i got in washing fraction at desired position.
when i m using elution buffer (ph 4.5) i m getting multiple bands with the desired protein.
