 Detection of a tagged protein in lysate for IP. I am trying to use a FLAG-tagged protein to do IP. I did this before for a small protein successfully. But this time I couldn't extract the tagged protein using regular lysis buffer or RIPA. If I boil the material in SB the protein band is there on a western blot. Any suggestion is welcome! Thanks.  |
