There are several GE methods PDFs available from this website:

They sell printed versions for $20 to cover shipping/printing, but modest clicking will get you to the free PDF. Available titles include "Gel Filtration: Principles and Methods" and "Challenging Protein Purification Handbook". At the Protein Tour event they distributed a CD entitled "Life Sciences Handbook Collection & Animations of Purification Techniques" which contains these PDFs and movies.

I actually learned quite a bit from those booklets. Everything I
needed to know about gel filtration I learned from Pharmacia ;-)

Thanks, at least some of them have been rescued. Where did you find the
link to the "Challenging Protein Purification Handbook"? I can find only
the jpg of the title page.
