Default How to Locate Protein in Endosomes/Lysosomes/Ruffled Border of Osteoclasts

Hi, everybody:

I want to locate a protein in the late endosomes/lysosomes or in the
ruffled border of osteoclasts. Can anyone give me some hint?

Thanks a lot!

Ri

Hi, DK:

Thank you very much for your reply. Would you please instruct me more
details? For example, any protocols about how to purify late
endosomes/lysosomes.

Sorry to bother you. I have no experience about this.

Ri
