| hello folks, Can someone tell me how i can prevent my purified trypsin from autolysis... I have tried CaCl2 but it has not given me good results. Ann |

| What kind of trypsin are you using? We use Promega's Mass Spec grade modified trypsin, and it does give some autolysis, but not enough to interfere with protein ID. |
