 trypsin autolysis hello folks, Can someone tell me how i can prevent my purified trypsin from autolysis... I have tried CaCl2 but it has not given me good results. Ann  |

| trypsin autolysis What kind of trypsin are you using? We use Promega's Mass Spec grade modified trypsin, and it does give some autolysis, but not enough to interfere with protein ID. |
