Have you done this spin column method with the
Kaleidescope standards from BioRad? If not, from
which company do you obtain your pre-stained
standards?

I'v done many hundreds of spin columns in my
lifetime on different proteins, nucleic acids
and other polymers. And it always worked. I
see absolutely no reason why it won't work
for any standards from any company.
