| Hi there, Has anybody tried to regenerate Qiagen Ni-NTA resign using Ni(NO3)2 instead NiSO4? Dores it make a difference??? |

| Yes, u r right! If I can use NaCl in buffers so NiCl2 should be inert for the resign. |
