Default recombinant protein in P.pastoris expression system

I have expressed human protein in P.pastoris expression system
(Invitrogen Easy Select Kit). I have made some constructs with a-factor
as a signal peptide. Unfortunatelly my protein remains inside Pichia's
cells and isn't processed at all(a-factor is connected with my
protein). I even have tried to express some constructs with native
signal peptide but it also did not secreted my protein. I was wonder if
anyone had similar problem and could advise me what else should I do to
secrete my protein?
