| Dear Colleagues, We are looking for a GFP that can be efficiently expressed in yeast. We heard about pGFPmut3.1 from Clontech but unfortunately this product has been discontinued ([Only registered users see links. ]). Would it be possible to obtain a few ul of this plasmid from one of you ? Alternative plasmids and informations are welcome... Thanks in advance for your help. _________________________________________________ Cyrille FORESTIER, Ph.D CEA Cadarache DEVM - LEMS, UMR 6191 CNRS-CEA-Aix-Marseille II BP 1 - F13108 St Paul Lez Durance - FRANCE _________________________________________________ E-Mail: [Only registered users see links. ] [Only registered users see links. ] _________________________________________________ |
