Default In silico two hybrid --- searching for genes with similar functions

FABA (Functional Analysis By Association) is designed to find
genes with similar functions by mining high-throughput data from
many sources. FABA 1.6 includes more than 3,300 public microarray
data (human, mouse, and yeast). Data for other species are also
available upon request.
