| Hello, I tried to obtain the Pseudomonas outer and cytoplasmic membrane using both R.E.Hancock, H.Nikaido ([Only registered users see links. ]) and N.C.Jones, M.J.Osborne procedure. However, I could not get the membrane fraction as described. Does anyone has any new procedure or techniques? Thanks, James |
