Default Sucrose Step Gradient from new bird

Hello, I am doing membrane separation using sucrose step gradient. I could
hardly find the protocol online. Do anyone know how to do that? 2nd
question: where can I store the DNAse solution? 3rd question: Any
recommendation (book, online resources) for a new biology student?

Thanks,
James

Pubmed for andrews dw and kim. That Biochemistry paper uses membrane
separation on sucrose steps. Failing that, search the paper archives of
Methods in enzymology, or use "meth enzymol" in any pubmed search.
