| While I'm familiar with parallel coiled coils (e.g., fos/jun), I'm not really familiar with any antiparallel (homo or hetero) dimerization sequences. Is there a classical/stereotypic system that folks generally work with that I could look up? -- __________________________________________________ ____________________________ Lou Hom >K'93 [Only registered users see links. ] [Only registered users see links. ] |
