| How can I get single peak using HPLC analyzing from my purified protein? The purity of target protein cant reach up to 98% according to biological material standard for there always is a small peak which maybe occupy about 4% on the whole area.I exceedingly hope some experts on the protein downstream can give me some suggestion and thoughts and ideals for that. Please contact me at 0086 0 13883070800 or 0086 0 13628441223 or 0086 23 68603657. Many thanks for your consideration. [Only registered users see links. ] |
