Default X-ray crystallography

Hi there,

Does anyone do data processing of protein x-ray diffraction data? I am new to this and would like to know more about different criteria to be taken care of while processing and how will I know whether my result is ok to proceed for solving the crystal structure.
any help is greatly appreciated.

thank you.
