Default X-Ray Crystallography of Protein

Does anyone conduct X-ray crystallography of proteins in their laboratory?

we are looking for a protocol on x-ray crystallography.

thanks

The topic would be difficult to reduce to a single protocol (there are very few books (maybe none) that cover all aspects of modern day crystallography). What aspect of crystallography are you interested in? protein synthesis, purification, crystallization, data collection, phasing, refinement etc..
