If my body was ejected into space.. would it come back?

If my body was ejected into space would it crash land on earth?
if not.. then tell me why

If so..
How long would it take and where would it land if it was ejected from Sacramento California? What condition would I be in.. and would I kill anyone if I crash landed?

No, you would stay in orbit around the Earth.

No your body would explode as soon as it hit the outer atmosphere into the vacuum of space.

It depends on the velocity that it was ejected with (I'm assuming that when you say ejected you mean launched from the earth's surface, given your reference to Sacramento). If it was going fast enough it would escape earth's gravitational pull and make it into space (probably it would eventually be caught by the gravitation of another planet. Or it could end up in orbit around earth. Or crash back into earth, if it didn't have enough velocity.

The first part I don't know the answer to. I guess you could try to calculate it. Your condition would be dead, and yes if you landed on top of someone it would most likely kill them. But again it depends on the velocity of the launch. I don't know for sure but I'm thinking you would probably burn up either during the launch or the re-entry. And as pointed out in another post the low pressure of space would probably cause you to burst. So there might not be much left to land on anyone.

Depends. If you're going fast enough you'll enter earth orbit and, in theory, never reach the ground. If you're going even faster you'll escape earth orbit all-together, moving ever farther away from earth. If If ejected at low enough velocity you won't be in a stable orbit and will eventually fall to earth.

Depends on your velocity. Minimum ballistic trajectory would be a vertical shot upto ~100km in altitude. It would take a few minutes before you came back to earth. Of course, the more powerful the shot the higher up you'll go and the longer it'll take to return. If you start shooting at an angle things get even more complex, as return paths to earth become infinite in number.

You'd be dead - the vacuum of space would kill you, and if not, hitting the ground at terminal velocity (or higher) would finish you off. Contrary to what others wrote, your body would not explode in a vacuum; your skin is strong enough to hold things in; in fact, people have survived short-exposures to vacuum.

As for your condition, the answer is "it depends". A minimal shot to space (vertical, upto 100km, then freefall back) would leave your body at terminal velocity; it would not break apart on impact, but the force of landing would break most of your bones and kill you (and likely anyone you fell on). Energy only goes up from there; if you enter the atmosphere fast enough, the heat of your re-entry would incinerate your body. Good news for people on the ground - you'd present no risk to them, plus you'd put on a pretty -but brief - show in the sky.
