Nothing, as far as I know. Explicitly stated above,

On board the ship games of table tennis (even with photons), progress

All it shows is that the CMBR is moving relative to us. The
pic is the surface of a sphere, the whole sky. There is no mass
mentioned.

No dipoles? Our galaxy would have to be stationary, the centre of
everything. We are not that unique.

Well, as I said, the picture is the surface of a sphere - a whole sky.
Our linear motion is along a diameter of the big violet spot (lower left)
and the big red spot (upper right), but we are also spinning, producing
the right-angle diameter between the smaller spots. If you think of
being on a carousel on a ship, the ship is traveling forward at high speed
but we are moving from port to starboard as the carousel turns.

The CMBR is real enough, so is Doppler shift. Such a pic is actually
the disproof of the Einstein Dingleberry credo concerning the speed
of light.
If you move toward a bullet then you have to change the impact
speed of the bullet. If you move away from a bullet you can outrun
it by going fast enough. Same with light.
With the CMBR you are in a crossfire, bullets are going in all directions
around you. Those that miss you go undetected, you only notice
the ones that actually hit you; those coming from the front (whatever
direction you are travelling being the front), hit you a little harder and
faster than those that hit you from behind.
Speed of CMBR from the front: 300,600 km/sec .
Speed of CMBR from the back: 299,400 km/sec .
Sun moving around the galaxy, add/subtract 100 km/sec. (the small spots)
Earth travelling around the Sun, add/subtract 30 km/sec. (changes in 6
months)

There is no big mystery here, our galaxy (and those local to it) has a
velocity
within the universe as a whole, it would be surprising if it did not.
Galaxies even collide, although that's rather like a swarm of bees
colliding with another swarm, they pass through each other.

The Milky Way may well collide with M31 (Andromeda) someday, but not
yet, it is still a couple of million light years away.
Astronomical distances and time scales are truly astronomical, in human
terms Andromeda looked exactly the same when dinosaurs ruled as it
does today.
