There are no reports of parachuters and race car drivers experiencing
slow motion.

My opinion is that people experience slow motion in unexpected
dangerous situations. Parachuters, race car drivers, mountain climbers
etc always expect such dangerous situation and their mind is prepared
for it. Hence their mind do dot experience slow motion.

So to sum up:

In the field of observation, chance favors only the prepared mind.

And in the field of accidents, sense of slow motion favors only the
'unprepared' mind.
