| The Russian Academy of Sciences published a paper on a reconstruction of a Searl generator. The tested device confirms the reduction in mass of the machine as it operates and it does produce sufficient power to power its components after it is brounght up to 550 RPM. Excess electrical power can be extracted which is what Searl was doing in his home in England. If anyone reading this note would like a copy of the paper I will email a *.pdf on your request. I am currently attempting to duplicate Searl's early generator. |
