There are pencil notes on some pages, and the burgundy cloth covers are spotted and discolored, but everything is tight and secure. A nice early physics text. Available for $5. Sullivan, Walter "Black Holes, The Edge of Space, The End of Time" Anchor Press/Doubleday, 1979. The 303 page hardbound book is in very good condition, fresh and clean inside and out. The dust jacket is in about very good condition, with a few small tears along the edges. An interesting look at the discovery and physics of black holes. Available for $5. Hoffmann, Banesh "The Strange Story of the Quantum" Dover Publications, 1959. Second edition. The 285 page softbound book is in very good condition, clean with no page tears or pen marks. "An account for the general reader of the growth of the ideas underlying our present atomic knowledge." Available for $6. Phillips, Leon F. "Electronics for Experimenters in Chemistry, Physics, and Biology" John Wiley & Sons, 1967. Second edition. The 266 page softbound book is in about very good condition. Second edition. The 321 page hardbound book is in very good condition, clean with no page tears or pen marks except for a previous owners name inside the front cover. The 423 page hardbound book is in very good condition, clean with no page tears or pen marks. Peckham (Editor) "Lasers: Selected Reprints" American Association of Physics Teachers, 1982. The 139 page softbound book is in very good condition, clean inside and out. The 434 page hardbound book is in very good condition. It is an ex-library copy from a corporate library, with a card pouch inside the rear cover, and the usual stamps and stickers. Otherwise in nice condition. The text provides a broad view of the subject. Available for $8. Hodgman, Charles D. "Handbook of Chemistry and Physics, A Ready-Reference Book of Chemical and Physical Data, 25th Edition, 1941" Chemical Rubber Company, 1941. The 2503 page hardbound book is in very good condition, clean with no page tears or pen marks, and a strong binding. Brown cloth covers over flexible boards, covers show a bit of wear from age, but not bad at all.
