I'm student in Licence of Cell Biology in France.
I'm happy to see that here is a Persian Molecular Biology, because I'm an afghane and I speak in persian.

سلام چقدر خوبه که می شه اینجا فارسی صحبت کرد این خیلی با ارزشه.من روی(آر.ان.آ) کار می کنم یه مشکلی دارم نمونه های من بافتهای طحال هستن (موش) که حدود 6 سال در فریزر -70 نگهداری شدند.من با کیت استخراج (آر.ان.آ)کمپانی(رش)استخراج انجام دادم . بعضی از نمونه ها خیلی خوب کار می کنند ولی بعضیهاشون
rt-pcr
اونها کار نمیکنه این نمونه ها رو با ترایزول هم استخراج کردم ولی باز هم همین نتیجه رو داد.نمیددونم باید چیکار کنم.نمونه هام خیلی مهم هستن.خیلی ممنون میشم اگه کسی راهنمایی به نظرش میرسه کمکم کنه.
