| be closest to being in the same? When the peptide (AEFFLAMEP) forms an ?-helix, which amino acid residue would be closest to being in the same position on the same face of the helix as is the initial alanine residue? why is the answer E8?? I do know that 1 turn has 3.6 amino acids. if so shouldnt it be an amino acid that is 3.6 residues away? |
