How many molecules of ATP are needed to form a peptide bond?

"Using energy coupling, estimate how many molecules of ATP would be necessary to allow the synthesis of a peptide bond". ?G=+25kJ/mol whereas ?G(hydrolysis)=-55kJ/mol.

I would look at this and immediately think the answer is one, but that seems too obvious and its a 5 mark question. Please help?
