...peptides used for? I'm writing a paper for class and I'm trying to figure out what peptides, Fret & TR-FRET Substrate, Modified Peptides, and GMP Peptides are used for in regards to research. I have read the Wikipedia on Peptides and it says it's used for the creation of peptide antibodies, in mass spec, and the study of protein structure and function. Can someone clarify this and add on additional information about the other stuff.
