If you means Two Glycine and one Proline

then you have

NH2-Gly-Gly-Pro-COOH (Amide or peptide bond between Gly-Gly and Gly-Pro)
NH2-Gly-Pro-Gly-COOH (Amide or peptide bond between Gly-Pro and Pro-Gly)
NH2-Pro-Gly-Gly-COOH (Amide or peptide bond between Pro-Gly and Gly-Gly)
