Thr-Arg-Phe-Val-Gly-Ala-Pro-Gly-Lys-Tyr-Ile-Leu-Gl? Really need help!
Draw the full structure of ? hairpin motif for the peptide Thr-Arg-Phe-Val-Gly-Ala-Pro-Gly-Lys-Tyr-Ile-Leu-Gln-Tyr. Assume that only proline and glycine residues are involved in the loop formation.
