With a peptide sequence QRHT what is the pI of this peptide?

Can someone explain the answer.I don't need just an answer; I really would like to learn how to do this.

the PI is 10.78.

Please refere to the software "pepdraw". Search for it in google and u find it as a tulane website.

It gives you most of the information regarding your peptide.

The pI for this peptide is 11. You can use the software as explained by ibhatnagar. The following is more information.

Net charge at pH 7.0:1.1
Iso-electric point, pI:11
Average hydrophilicity: 0.6
Ratio hydrophilic residues / total number of residues: 50%

Interpreted sequence
1-letter code: QRHT
3-letter code: Gln-Arg-His-Thr

Number of residues:
4
Molecular weight, MW:
540.6
