| This question is from my biochem homework: "Draw a 2-stranded parallel ?-sheet with proper stereochemistry using two peptides with the sequence GAAAG." I don't know what it means by the "GAAAG"...like if it's asking for the DNA base? I know by parallel it means that the hydrogen bonds between two molecules would be slanted rather than horizontal but I'm having problem with the rest of it. Thanks! |
