How to draw protein structure with 2 peptides?
This question is from my biochem homework:
"Draw a 2-stranded parallel ?-sheet with proper stereochemistry using two peptides
with the sequence GAAAG."
I don't know what it means by the "GAAAG"...like if it's asking for the DNA base?
I know by parallel it means that the hydrogen bonds between two molecules would be slanted rather than horizontal but I'm having problem with the rest of it.
