 Re: how to calculate Hi Both the symmetrical anhydride method (10 eq aa to generate 5 eq anhydride) and the MSNT/MeIm method uses 5 eq amino acid (aa) with respect to the resin loading. So you might wanna start out with 1.25 eq aa, and then take out a small sample and dertermine the loading, if the loading is within the expected range cap with benzoic anhydride, if not repeat the procedure with fewer eq aa. \Erik  |
