| Hello,dose anybody knows how to preparate 1,5 gram resin with 0,2 mmol/g substitution using 0,8 mmol/g resin,what scale? |

| Hi Both the symmetrical anhydride method (10 eq aa to generate 5 eq anhydride) and the MSNT/MeIm method uses 5 eq amino acid (aa) with respect to the resin loading. So you might wanna start out with 1.25 eq aa, and then take out a small sample and dertermine the loading, if the loading is within the expected range cap with benzoic anhydride, if not repeat the procedure with fewer eq aa. \Erik |
