Default Fmoc-Glu(protecting group) -OH to prevent lactam formation

Hello,
I'm hoping someone can help me with a problem we are having. I currently use Fmoc-Glu(OBzl)-Oh in my short peptide synthesis. However, the benzyl group is coming off and forming a lactam. I was wondering if any one knew of another way to prevent the lactam from forming ie another protecting group. We would like the protecting group to remain during cleavage with TFA, but it can be mildly removed by hydrolysis.

Thanks

Hi
Fmoc-Glu(OAll)-OH (Pd(Ph3P)4/ CHCl3/AcOH/NMM)
Fmoc-Glu(O-2-PhiPr)-OH (1% TFA/DCM, can be used if you use a wang linker)
Fmoc-Glu(ODmab)-OH (2% Hydrazine/DMF)

how about Fmoc-Glu(OMe)-OH,
Fmoc-Glu(OBzl)-OH can't comptible TFA cleavage ,may cause premature loss protecting group.
