cleavage of the trityl group
how can I cleave the trityl group from cysteine containing peptides. I used TFA/TES/DCM but did not work well. is necessary to use EDT?
thanks in advance
Re: cleavage of the trityl group
I think it's standard to include EDT or DODT when having Cys, Trp or Met in a sequence. You might wanna use TIPS instead of TES.
