| I need to determine the net charge on the following peptide, at pH 7.2 and pH 9.5 and am unsure how to do this. The peptide is Cys-Phe-Ile-Glu-Ala-Cys-Pro-His-Gly-NH2 The Cys have a stable disulfide bond and the C-terminus is amidated. I have a table of pKa values but do not know what do do with this. |
