 Re: What is the net charge of a Peptide? The calculated theoretical isoelectric point of thepeptide is 10.83. Above this pI it will carry a negative charge, below, positive charge. So at pH 14 the peptide will be negatively charged, at pH 7 and 1 it will be positively charged.  |
