 Peptide purification. Hey there, We are having problems in radiodination of kisspeptin. Kisspeptin is a neuropeptide (H-tyr-asn-trp-asn-ser-phe-gly-ley-arg-tyr-NH) and we iodinate this using chloramine T. We used CMC (acid buffer) and Sephadex G-25 (once 7.4 PBS-GEL, second try acetic acid glacial-BSA), however in all columns the peptide iodinated stuck on the top of the column. We know one group in France wich can separate the free 125-I from kisspeptin labeled through HPLC. However, we do not have acess to HPLC. Could you give any suggestion? Thank you so much! Gustavo  |
