Hey. I really need some help.
I need to make a peptide to make an antibody. Any ideas how small I can make it and still be able to make an antibody? thanks

Polyclonal Antibody: peptides antigen 2mg,length>16AA,purity>90%
Monoclonal antibody: peptides antigen 5mg, peptides length>16AA,purity>90%

Another ideas, synthesize 10mg peptide antigen, 5mg for producing the polyantibody, 5mg for antibody detection using ELISA,purity >75% is ok.
