maldi tof spectera interpratation

hello to all
i recieved my maldi tof spectra but i can't see my peptide mw as a peak , i try to use peptide companion to find the correct fragments , i want to know the accuracy of the peptide companion program up to can be increased up to which number?and what is it's unit? ppm or Da?

How long your peptide sequence is? Are you sure your synthesis has got the target product? Or your sequence is not easy to dissolve. Sometimes the insoluble peptide is not easy to reflect on the MS analysis.

Will you send me your spec. through email? [Only registered users see links. ]

Our MS is ESI-MS. The spec. only show m/z spec.
But Moldi-tof should show the target M.W. directly.

BTW, peptide companion is not good in fragment judgement. I seldom use it to do such analysis.
