Peptide Cleavage

Hi everybody.

I'm synthesis a peptide using Fmoc-chemistry with TentaGel resin. How can I deprotected the protecting group without cleavage the peptide from the resin?

removal of side-chain protecting groups in peptide synthesis from the resin is usually performed by trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) incubation.
