| 1.Do you know the sequence of PEGMGF including the N-terminus and the C-terminus? 2.What size is the PEG molecule as the weights vary? 3.What type of PEG is it? are there different types of Poly(ethylene) glycol (PEG)? 4.Which PEG is on the n-terminus of PEGMGF? One PEGMGF sequence i have found has two (d) on amino-acid peptide sequence. ie (Gin-(d)Arg-(d)Arg-Lys). 5.Is the sequence import in this case? Whats the difference between amino-acid peptide with and without the (d) in place. ? |

| Our PEG is about 1900Da. As PEG is a mixture, our PEG-MGF can not make MS spec. We only promise the peptide MS before labeling is correct. However, we can make purification on PEG-MGF to 95% Below is our sequence of PEG-MGF PEG-Suc-Tyr-Gln-Pro-Pro-Ser-Thr-Asn-Lys-Asn-Thr-Lys-Ser-Gln-d-Arg-d-Arg-Lys-Gly-Ser-Thr-Phe-Glu-Glu-d-Arg-Lys-nh2 |
