 Biology... a hypothetical problem (peptide diet)? Please help  A hypothetical problem: What if you ate only a peptide (Ala-ala-ala-ala-ala) as your main food? 1. how many alanine molecules would be generated by complete proteoylysis of Ala5 in your stomach? 2. How many total ATPs would be generated by aerobic catabolism of one molecule of Ala5? 3. How many total ATPs would be generated by aerobic catabolism of one molecule of Ala5 in the presence of cyanide? Thanks  |
