hello,
I would like to make a free base from HCl salt of a peptide. Please send your suggestions,

Add little bit of Saturated Sodium Bicarbonate solution(Check each time pH before and after adding the base)

If you want to extract into the organic layer extract with Ethyl Acetate.Good Luck

i am doing dipeptide purification from lactobacillus please is ther any separation procedure for di peptide
