Default Re: Arginine Containing Peptides

Is it difficult? We had several such kind of peptides.
The cleavage of pbf is not easy, but their purification seems to be good.

I only met one peptide that contains 8 Arg and 1 Cys. The yield is very low.
I found this peptide was very easy oxidated.
From the LC-MS spec., I observed that the peptide formed inter-oxidation.

Hi
Jthundim
I synthesized 8 arginine containing peptide with pmc protecting group. I use reagent K for cleavage.
Hope, this condition will work with you.
