Primers for an inner management focusing on the ompW gene of Vibrio cholerae were also developed and integrated in the analysis. The DNA of 45 scientific isolates such as 33 N gonorrhoeae isolates, seven non-gonococcal Neisseria varieties, and five non-Neisseria varieties was examined using the multiplex PCR analysis. |
