[Only registered users see links. ]PCR primers were developed to identify two N gonorrhoeae genetics, namely porA and pgi1. Primers for an inner management focusing on the ompW gene of Vibrio cholerae were also developed and integrated in the analysis. The DNA of 45 scientific isolates such as 33 N gonorrhoeae isolates, seven non-gonococcal Neisseria varieties, and five non-Neisseria varieties was examined using the multiplex PCR analysis.
