 Thermal cycler malfunction Hi everybody, We have an Eppendorf gradient mastercyler, we bought in 2004, it used to work free of any problems until a week ago. Now, it gives a Thermal Sense 2 error and it does not working. The service told us to thermal block had need to change and it's very expensive. I would like to ask have you ever seen this problem and if you've seen this problem how it fixed, should we really change the thermal block? We currently are in a project and we don't have fund to change for now.  thanks a lot.  |
