Default Extraction of DNA



Hi, i've got this bands after extraction and electrophoresis. Is it good enough to proceed pcr reaction?

The two bands from left indicate presence of DNA...

Hi there the bands are very very faint. How long did you stain/ UV expose?

I would get a better exposure and post it up its hard to see the results

I can see some smear on right side of ladder. Is that DNA or something else? But the two bands on left side of ladder are good and you can proceed pcr reaction

[Only registered users see links. ] First, you need to find something that contains DNA. Since DNA is the blueprint for life, everything living contains DNA.
Spinach
Chicken liver
Strawberries
Broccoli
Certain sources of DNA should not be used, such as:
