 Extraction of DNA Hi, i've got this bands after extraction and electrophoresis. Is it good enough to proceed pcr reaction? The two bands from left indicate presence of DNA...  |

| Re: Extraction of DNA I can see some smear on right side of ladder. Is that DNA or something else? But the two bands on left side of ladder are good and you can proceed pcr reaction |
