Default how can i draw a phylogenic tree (dendrogram)



hi ....i have a PCR-RFLP picture (agarose picture) for 20 isolates in my study....how can i draw a phylogenic tree (dendrogram) for these isolates........ if there is a free software or protcole. ....please help
