is unique about it? pretty much please explain whatever you can in simple terms. im a second year bio major. but i want to understand this concept really well

DNA sequencing procedure to find out the sequence of the DNA, ie order of the nucleotide bases in a DNA.

PCR is to amplify the DNA copy.
